HVMG seeks a Front Desk Agent (Part Time) to warmly welcome guests and support seamless stays. You will check in/out, field inquiries, and share information on services and local attractions, reporting to the Front Office Manager.

This role offers a pathway to supervisory opportunities within hotel operations. Excellent English communication, a customer-focused attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Able to greet and welcome guests, check in/out, provide information and handle inquiries professionally.
• Combination of education and experience with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and provide information about services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Explore growth opportunities in various hotel operations roles.
