Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a part-time role in California. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.

You’ll report to the Front Office Manager and have the chance to grow within the hospitality industry. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out duties and handling reservations.
