Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity. This role reports to the Clinic Manager and collaborates with clinical teams to support revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, guiding registrations, educating on financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and coordinating with PES, Billing, and Clinical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience
• Complete patient intake and registration accurately
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet targets
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows
• Use EMR systems and dashboards to track data
