Responsibilities

• Create a positive in-store experience for customers at all times.
• Lead by example and supervise Associates at front of store.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with training.
• Balance registers and coordinate breaks for staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and labor laws.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
