Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an exceptional customer experience at Marshalls in Virginia Beach. You will supervise associates, train staff on front-end principles, loyalty programs, and POS coverage, while ensuring a clean, compliant store environment.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, with opportunities to grow within TJX’s off-price family and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates
• Train and mentor associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Allocate registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Promote safety, shrink reduction, and equity across processes
