Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome candidates and visitors with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for candidates.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, applicants, clients, and team members.
• Assist candidates with onboarding, including paperwork, ID verification, background checks, and payroll setup.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and scan/upload documents.
• Enter and update information in staffing and computer systems.
• Assist recruiters with calling qualified candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Respond to emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
