The position offers 20–25 hours per week, Tuesday–Thursday, with Pay $18/hour. Entry-level friendly environment focusing on customer service and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for candidates.
• Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Assist with onboarding tasks including paperwork, ID verification, and payroll setup.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and upload documents to systems.
• Support recruiters with outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling interviews.
• Respond promptly to emails and messages.
