The schedule is Tue, Thu, Fri, about 20 hours per week, with pay $17–$18/hour. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and reliable, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; training provided.
• Greet candidates and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist recruiters with onboarding tasks, ID verification, background checks, and payroll setup.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer phone calls and direct communications.
• Guide candidates through onboarding paperwork and verifications (including E-Verify, background checks, drug testing).
• Maintain candidate records and update information in staffing systems.
• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and follow-up with applicants.
• Keep the office organized and handle general admin tasks.
