Planet Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service as the first impression for members and guests. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, and promote memberships while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

This role involves front desk operations, POS transactions, and keeping accurate member records. AM/PM shifts require independence and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced team setting.

• Greet members and guests and promote member engagement and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and prospective members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Explain membership options and promote Black Card memberships and club programs.
• Handle front desk tasks, check in members, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure club policies are followed and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Keep the club clean, safe, and welcoming during AM/PM shifts.
