Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service in a clean, welcoming club environment. You will assist with membership options, process check-ins, and help maintain tidy facilities, including locker rooms and bathrooms.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members with membership options, policies, and gym services.
• Check-in members and handle routine front desk transactions (billing, renewals).
• Keep the front desk area tidy and the club lobby clean and welcoming.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other services.
• Collaborate with team and management to support club goals and safety.
