Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering friendly, professional service and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

You will assist with memberships, answer questions about services, handle check-ins and transactions, and work with the team to meet club goals while creating a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
