Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, delivering friendly, judgement-free service while helping keep the club inviting and clean. You’ll be the first impression as members enter and exit, addressing inquiries and guiding tours.

Join a fast-paced team and handle front desk duties, membership options, POS transactions, and ensure PCI-compliant handling of payments with a focus on a positive member experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting the Judgement Free Zone culture.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and monitor club access at the front desk.
• Process POS transactions accurately and maintain member records with PCI standards in mind.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment, restrooms, locker rooms, and front desk area.
• Escalate issues to management and assist teammates during busy periods.
