Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk/Concierge associate to be the welcoming face at our properties. You will interact with residents and guests, and develop meaningful relationships that enhance service quality.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, monitoring access, handling deliveries, maintaining records, and supporting safety procedures. This role requires flexible weekend hours and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
