Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, verify guests and service providers.
• Monitor electronic security control systems and emergency procedures.
• Maintain daily logs and forms accurately.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Support on-site property manager with duties as needed.
