Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk associate to be the face of our service at the properties we support. You will greet residents and guests, direct visitors, monitor building access, and handle deliveries while maintaining daily records and safety procedures.

This overnight full-time role (Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am) pays $22/hour, with on-site responsibilities including access control, package handling, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
