FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk/Concierge associate to greet residents and guests, manage building access, and handle deliveries at our Sarasota properties. You will build relationships, resolve issues, and maintain daily records while adhering to safety procedures.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers flexibility with hours and the opportunity to provide high-quality service in a high-traffic environment. On-site responsibilities and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualificações

• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.

• Ability to communicate and provide guidance.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, leases and/or regulations

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
