• Process rental payments and maintain ledger and receipts.

• Distribute and collect keys per procedures.
• Sort and distribute mail and correspondence.
• Monitor security cameras and report concerns per policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
