Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking a part-time front desk customer service representative to provide exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants. You will help ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors in a friendly, team-driven environment.

Available hours include various weekday and weekend shifts. The role involves promoting memberships and programs while building relationships within the YMCA community.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills.
• Previous customer service, sale or related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fun, friendly and flexible individual.
• Willing to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention.
• Promotes memberships and programs.
• Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA.
• Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.
