The YMCA of Central Stark County in Alliance, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time front desk customer service representative to greet members, guests and program participants and provide a welcoming, safe environment. You will promote memberships and programs, and support overall member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to member needs to support retention, building relationships within the YMCA, and circulating through the facility to ensure safety and engagement.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills.
• Previous customer service, sale or related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fun, friendly and flexible individual.
• Willing to work as a team player.

Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.

Available Shifts

• Various weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Occasional weekends

Rate of Pay

$11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience)
