Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC seeks a Guest Services Representative to deliver a safe, welcoming stay at our Milwaukee property. You are the first contact for check-ins, reservations, and guest assistance, and you help maintain lobby presentation and security.

The role supports overall property operations, may assist with laundry and housekeeping prep, and requires a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service or hospitality experience welcome.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and payment systems.
• English communication skills; Spanish a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures, issue keys, handle payments and guest accounts.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy records using property management systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to the General Manager.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure space is presentable and secure.
• Prepare housekeeping carts, handle laundry, or support cleaning tasks to ensure room readiness.
• Monitor the property for safety and policy compliance and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
