Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team on-site in Illinois. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest assistance to ensure a welcoming stay.

The role supports property operations and may assist with laundry and housekeeping prep. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; some on-call overnight coverage offers an on-site studio apartment, subject to availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and payment systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional, friendly attitude and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures, issue keys, and handle payments and guest accounts.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy records using property management systems.
• Answer guest questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to the General Manager when appropriate.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area cleanliness, restock supplies, and assist with laundry/prep tasks as needed.
