Job summary

J&P Hospitality/Asset Management is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to deliver a welcoming guest experience at the front desk. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, managing reservations, and assisting with guest needs to ensure a clean, safe, and friendly lobby area.

The role requires 18+ years of age, basic computer skills, and good English; Spanish bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and payment systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• English reading/writing required; Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide professional, friendly service throughout their stay.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures, issue keys, and process payments.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy records in the system.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas, assist with laundry and housekeeping prep as required.
