Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; ability to learn reservation systems.
• English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide welcoming service.
• Handle check-in/check-out, issue keys, and process payments.
• Manage reservations and room assignments using property management systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate to management when needed.
• Help with laundry or housekeeping prep as needed.
• Maintain lobby area, safety, and confidentiality.
