Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver a safe, clean, and welcoming experience at the front desk. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest assistance, and lobby upkeep.

This on-site, part-time role requires a friendly attitude, basic computer skills, and strong English communication; Spanish is a plus. Evening and weekend shifts may be required. A potential on-site studio apartment may be available based on policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation/payment systems.
• Clear English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional, friendly attitude.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures, issue keys, process payments.
• Manage reservations and room assignments using property systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, escalate to GM when needed.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and supply levels.
• Assist with laundry/housekeeping prep as needed for room readiness.
• Monitor safety and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
