Oak View Group is seeking an Usher for the Greensboro Coliseum Complex to welcome guests, verify tickets, and guide attendees to seats with a focus on safety and service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling guest inquiries, directing traffic, and supporting event staff. The role requires strong communication, flexibility for weekends/nights, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service-based industry is preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly assistance.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to seats or designated areas.
• Provide information about events and assist guests with needs or requests.
• Monitor guest flow and seating to ensure safety and order.
• Respond calmly in emergencies and assist guests accordingly.
• Enforce venue policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with security, ticket takers, and concessions staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist performers with directions or requests as needed.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and venue reset.
• Adhere to safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
