Job summary

Allen County War Memorial Coliseum seeks part-time ushers for event-based schedules, including nights and weekends. You will greet attendees, help with seating, verify tickets, and support crowd flow while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in finding their seats and address inquiries.
• Monitor and manage crowd flow during entry, intermission, and exit periods.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations.
• Handle ticket verification and assist with ticket-related issues.
• Direct guests to seating areas and facilities.
• Collaborate with other event staff, including security, for coordinated efforts.
• Relay important information to attendees.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in all emergency procedures.
