Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Usher for the Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. You will check guests' tickets, direct them to their seats, and guide them to amenities while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

The role is union, hourly non-exempt, with shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 years of related experience, with strong English communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a welcoming manner.
• Direct guests to seat locations and assist with directions to amenities.
• Verify guests have valid tickets and maintain seating order.
• Answer questions about events, facilities, or services.
• Handle complaints and forward to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain safe aisles during events.
