Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking Event Staff to be the primary guest contact at the venue, responsible for greeting guests, guiding them, and performing assigned tasks such as ticket scanning and directing guests to seats.

Roles include Ticket Taker, Usher, Security, and Parking with an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching; evergreen role with no deadline.

Qualifications

• Experience in prior customer service preferred.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Must have a friendly disposition and a smile.
• Must be able to stay calm in stressful, fast-paced situations.
• Experience dealing effectively with conflict.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests, assist with tickets and seating.
• Provide accurate event and venue information to guests.
• Identify and respond to emergencies according to protocols.
• Proactively address guest issues or complaints and escalate as needed.
• Resolve issues/complaints and involve supervisor or manager as needed.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
