Legends Global is seeking an energetic House Usher to support open interviews and live events at our premier venues. You will greet guests, direct them to restrooms, concessions, and seats, scan admission tickets, and help maintain order and safety throughout performances, ensuring a positive experience for patrons and artists.

The ideal candidate presents professionally, communicates clearly, and stays calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
• Safety-minded and able to follow safety protocols.
• Education and/or Experience.
• Previous work as an usher preferred.
• Experience working in the service industry a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a welcoming manner.
• Accurately directing guests to restrooms, concessions areas, and seats.
• Scanning admission tickets and passes from guests for each event.
• Checking in Will Call, Premium, and VIP guests.
• Passing out programs or other event-related materials.
• Answering event or facility-related questions.
• Assisting security personnel with crowd control.
• Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the show or performance.
• Maintaining the standards of cleanliness inside the theater and lobby.
• Working as a part of a team to ensure the best experience for patrons and artists.
• Consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Other duties as assigned.
