Job summary

Opry Entertainment Group seeks an Usher to deliver exceptional guest experiences at iconic concert venues. You will verify tickets, direct guests to seating, distribute show programs, and help keep facilities clean before, during, and after events.

You will assist guests, respond to concerns, and help with crowd management while staying attentive and enthusiastic about live entertainment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and navigate stairs during events.

Responsibilities

• Scan and verify proper ticketing for entry. Refer guests without tickets to the appropriate agent.
• Provide seating directions and assist guests with seating guidance as needed.
• Distribute program handouts and show materials as required.
• Assist with crowd management and maintain order in seating areas and aisles.
