Opry Entertainment Group is seeking an Usher to provide exceptional guest experiences at our iconic concert venues. You will verify tickets, direct guests to seating, and assist with maintaining a clean facility throughout events.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and enjoy sharing live entertainment with fans. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify tickets and direct guests to seating locations.
• Distribute show programs and provide information to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities before, during, and after events.
• Assist with crowd management and report issues to leadership.
• Support emergency evacuations and guide guests to safety.
• Report maintenance concerns to management.
