Caring Network seeks a central IT Operations Coordinator to bridge internal teams and external providers from its Glen Ellyn office. You will manage IT support, asset life cycle, and cybersecurity initiatives while driving cost efficiency and operational stability.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive project coordination, and adherence to Caring Network’s faith-driven values, with up to 20% travel to Chicagoland clinics and monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computer networking, hardware, software interfaces, security protocols, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate with external service providers and internal teams.
• Experience supporting IT operations and asset management in a professional setting.
• Desirable Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the MSP’s daily contact for user support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate monthly on-site MSP visits and review monthly invoicing for cost control.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle including procurement, setup, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Administer cybersecurity training and monitor vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Assist in project coordination to improve security, stability, and cost efficiency.
