Job summary

University of Utah is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to handle data-entry, customer service, and basic classroom technology support for Continuing Education. The role requires availability for two Saturday shifts monthly (9 AM–5 PM) in addition to weekday evenings.

Responsibilities include classroom setup, printing support, A/V assistance, enrollment via PeopleSoft, and inventory management. Benefits information is provided by the university.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up classrooms for instructors’ needs and clean whiteboards/furniture.
• Note and record classroom and technology issues.
• Assist students and instructors with printing, copying, and A/V equipment.
• Answer questions regarding Continuing Education in person or by phone.
• Enroll students in requested courses via PeopleSoft and university intranet.
• Maintain and resupply inventory in classrooms and print rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
