  • Customer Service Representative II requires at least 1 year of related experience.

  • Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and quarterly auditing reports on enrollments and payments.
  • Receive and post student and departmental payments.
  • Attend meetings to embed with programs, receive training, and stay updated on University issues.
  • Perform data entry related to enrolling, dropping and transferring students in noncredit classes.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

This position provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to all programs (and their students!) at Continuing Education, University Connected Learning at the University of Utah. Customer Service Representative, II
  • Assist internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person with questions about enrollments,

  • payments, refunds and general class information: 35%

  • Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and quarterly auditing reports on enrollments and payments: 15%

  • Receive and post student and departmental payments: 15%

  • Attend meetings to embed with programs, receive training, and stay updated on University issues: 5%

  • Perform data entry related to enrolling, dropping and transferring students in noncredit classes: 20%

  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned: 10%

Minimum Qualifications
