Qualifications

• EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
• Customer Service Representative I requires little to no related experience.
• Customer Service Representative II requires at least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person with questions about enrollments, payments, refunds and general class information.
• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and quarterly auditing reports on enrollments and payments.
• Receive and post student and departmental payments.
• Attend meetings to embed with programs, receive training, and stay updated on University issues.
• Perform data entry related to enrolling, dropping and transferring students in noncredit classes.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
