The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls Minnetonka store is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead Associates, ensure outstanding customer service, and promote loyalty programs. You will train, mentor, and manage POS coverage while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to promote loyalty programs.
• Capable of multi-tasking and managing front-end operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with ability to train and lead Associates.
• Retail experience with leadership exposure is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store delivering prompt, courteous customer service.
• Lead by example, train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Promote loyalty and credit programs while maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Address customer concerns and ensure adherence to store policies and safety.
• Collaborate with management on priorities and feedback for improvement.
