You’ll lead a team of Front of Store Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership, strong merchandising and communication skills, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and store presentation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with ability to train and mentor Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store Associates.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and supports loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures proper POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end operations and customer service.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to Management.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
