Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good typing and data entry abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• US citizenship or eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email professionally.
• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
• Ask questions to identify issues and drive resolutions.
• Schedule deliveries and handle basic pricing questions.
• Support new customer account setup and soft collections when needed.
• Meet or exceed performance standards per policy.
