Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer information and accounts.
• Ask probing questions to identify issues and provide resolutions.
• Schedule deliveries and handle basic pricing questions and contract info.
• Assist with soft collections and payments by phone as needed.
• Assist with setup of new customer accounts and meet performance standards.
