Sur La Table is seeking a Culinary Lead to inspire customers across the culinary journey, combining cooking expertise with business sense and teaching skills. You will support the culinary program, drive sales, and help build a high-performing team.

Lead recruitment, coaching, and training to elevate performance, and ensure an outstanding class experience while aligning with brand standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Degree in culinary arts preferred; extensive culinary experience considered in lieu of formal education.
