Sur La Table is seeking a Culinary Lead, FT, to inspire customers through culinary expertise, business acumen, and teaching. You will support the culinary program, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team to deliver top-tier guest experiences across classes and events.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand representation, and maintaining high standards in service, quality, and safety, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• A degree in culinary arts is preferred; however, extensive culinary experience is considered in lieu of formal education.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience in a retail or culinary setting.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team to meet business needs.
• Represent the brand in creating memorable, educational experiences for customers.
• Drive sales growth through culinary programs and events; analyze KPIs to optimize store performance.
