Sur La Table is seeking a Culinary Lead to inspire customers through culinary expertise, business acumen, and teaching skills. You will support the culinary program, drive sales, and help build a high‑performing team while delivering the best-in-class guest experience.

You will lead a customer‑obsessed culture on the kitchen and retail floor, supervise classes, and ensure top-notch food safety and service standards. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Degree in culinary arts preferred; extensive culinary experience considered in lieu of formal education.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations.
