Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Culinary Lead to inspire customers through every step of their culinary journey, blending culinary expertise with teaching skills to support the culinary program and drive sales. The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class customer experience, coaching a high-performing team, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor and in the kitchen.

The position requires leading engaging cooking classes, staying current on products, and partnering with store leadership

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older at time of employment.
• Degree in culinary arts preferred, but extensive culinary experience with demonstrated proficiency will be considered.
• 1–2 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems preferred.
