Summit is seeking an experienced part-time cook supervisor for a correctional facility in Bristol, FL. You will coordinate and supervise a kitchen team to ensure efficient service and adherence to high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume, scratch cooking, strong knowledge of culinary methods, and the ability to multitask while supervising staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train staff in all aspects of food service and sanitation.
