Qualifications

• Minimum of at least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Strong knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and providing friendly, helpful customer service.
