Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive-level hiring managers.
• Polished professional presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates and interview panels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, managing selection decisions with hiring managers.
• Review and manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, keeping statuses and notes current.
• Post and maintain open job requisitions.
• Extend job offers and manage offer logistics through acceptance.
• Support onboarding coordination and other ad hoc recruiting needs.
