Oats Overnight is seeking a Part-Time Corporate Recruiter in Phoenix to own day-to-day recruiting activities. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to maintain a strong pipeline while working 20-25 hours per week.

• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive-level hiring managers.
• Strong ATS proficiency and ability to manage multiple open reqs.
• Excellent communication and high organization; reliable with flexible part-time schedule.
• Experience with offer negotiation a plus.
• A relentless drive to get things done.
• Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates and interview panels.
• Screen candidates and partner with managers on decisions.
• Review and manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, keeping statuses and notes current.
• Post and maintain open job requisitions.
• Extend offers and coordinate acceptance.
• Support onboarding coordination and other recruiting needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
