Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various departments. This onsite role offers hybrid potential after training and pays $33.00–$38.00 per hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will source, screen, and place top talent, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining accurate records in the ATS and meeting time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and networks.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior onboarding experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
• Present qualified candidates and provide recruiting insights to managers.
• Extend offers and negotiate start dates.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
