The role emphasizes strong organization, timely follow-ups, and excellent resident service, with a flexible 15-20 hour weekly schedule including evenings and weekends. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major (preferred).
• Strong organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours/week including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through leasing, marketing and resident experience.
• Generate new leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours.
• Lead follow-up and coordinate sales efforts to meet goals.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and campus events.
• Maintain logs, respond to inquiries, and support in housing operations.
