Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead showing and leasing activities, support marketing events, and enhance resident satisfaction. You will work with the Community Manager to achieve occupancy goals and ensure a positive living environment.

The role requires 15-20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with on-site duties and collaboration with campus and community partners to promote the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong organization and dependable work ethic required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Assist in marketing efforts and community events.
• Maintain communication via email and text campaigns using the Property Management Software.
• Keep detailed activity logs for prospects and residents and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and unit make-readies.
